Spinnaker Realty was founded by Richard Bowley  in 1987. Our first location was on US #1 in Perry, Maine. Dick has had 20 years of experience in the Real Estate Business. He has instructed classes in Real Estate Practice and Sales Agent for both Washington County Technical College and the University of Maine at Machias.

Mary Pottle was licensed as a Real Estate Broker in 1987 and has been active in the business with Dick since it was founded. She obtained her brokers license and became the owner/Designated Broker and the office was moved to Eastport.
